Cancellation Policy

Please cancel or reschedule any appointment within 24 hours of your existing appointment. By doing this, you give another patient the chance to book that time and avoid any cancelation fees. Cancelations after 24 hours will be charged for the 50% of the cost of treatment and no shows will be charged 100% of the cost of your treatment by The Healing Nest, either with your card on file or the next time you are in the office — we hope you understand our policy and will keep this in mind when scheduling your appointments.
